Yrjö Kukkapuro High-Back Remmi Lounge Chair in Cognac Leather

This high-back Remmi lounge chair was designed by Yrjö Kukkapuro for Haimi / Avarte. Its relaxed profile, segmented cushioning and exposed tubular frame give it a distinctive character suited to comfortable lounge seating.

The Remmi series reflects Kukkapuro’s ergonomic approach to Finnish furniture design. Made in Finland, this individual armchair combines a visually light structure with a generous, supportive form.

The chair is upholstered in unused cognac-coloured leather, complemented by a chromed tubular steel frame and black armrests. The warm tone of the leather brings softness to the architectural construction.

One armchair is available. It is in near-new condition with original, unused leather upholstery, and the chair has not been repaired or restored.

Its high back and inviting proportions make it well suited to a living room, reading corner, study or office. The combination of cognac leather, black armrests and polished chrome gives the chair a warm yet clearly defined presence.
